Better Brook Banks!

Brook bank scrub and bushes slow flood water (if it comes). The Internal Drainage Board does a great job of mowing the sections of the bank accessible with a large tractor. We try to do the rest. A team of excellent volunteers cleared several sections in Alconbury village last week. Next week we will be working at Alconbury Weston. The team was using some new machines provided by the SHAWL fund and the Alconbury Weston Open Garden fundraiser. Big help, great additions to our equipment list.
